Connect for a conversationLeadership perspective
25+ years in public education leadership
Leadership that brings scale, context, and care to the next decision.
District-scale experience
My work has spanned special populations, teaching and learning, curriculum, assessment, MTSS, procurement and funding, organizational transformation, professional learning, stakeholder engagement, and education technology implementation.
I bring that perspective to thoughtful district consulting and to Executive Leadership Coaching & Collaboration: a confidential space for leaders working through complex decisions, change, team dynamics, and the everyday weight of the role. Coaching is separate from Special Education/IDEA and MTSS consulting, and it does not provide legal or compliance determinations.
